See how much merchant ad space has sold for your fundraiser, whether each campaign is on track to guarantee printing, and how much time is left before the sell window closes.
Don't see your organization below? Register it here โ takes 30 seconds. You'll get an access code on the spot; save it and pass it to whoever actually runs your fundraiser day-to-day, since they'll need it to enter real dates, product, and estimates.
The first time you save anything below, you'll be asked for your program's access code โ the one you got from registering above (or the one Dave gave you), not a personal password. It's saved on this device after that, so you won't be asked again here.
Every date, run size, and product shown on this page is placeholder content until you fill this in for real โ nothing here has been confirmed by an actual program leader yet. Pick your exact campaign below and enter your real info; it saves straight to the live site.
Leave a date pair blank if your season isn't scheduled yet โ shows as "Season TBD" until you fill it in.
Not required to use HOMERUNYEP today โ this is just ready for whenever it's needed. If your program's total payouts from HOMERUNYEP ever require it, download the official IRS Form W-9 below, fill in your program's info (your own SSN if the program has no EIN, or your EIN if it does โ the form has a spot for either), and email the completed form to dpeters@homerunyep.com.
Download Form W-9 (official, irs.gov)Linked directly to the IRS's own copy so it's always the current version โ not something we're hosting or could let go stale. Need HOMERUNYEP's own EIN for your program's records? Email the same address above and we'll send it over.
HOMERUNYEP doesn't (and can't reliably) maintain its own copy of this data โ Minnesota's registry is legally tiered, and only Level 3 (highest-risk) offenders are broadly public. A route-planning check against the state's own, always-current source is a real, established safety step other youth organizations already build into their fundraising routes.
Minnesota Public Registrant Search (official, doc.state.mn.us)Check your route's actual addresses before finalizing them for the season โ not something to do once and forget, since who lives where changes over time.
A real, program-wide snapshot โ every number below is computed from your actual campaigns, not an estimate.
A shareable summary for your board, families, or a grant application โ generated from these same real numbers.
Real, honest status โ not automated payment processing yet, but a true reflection of where each campaign actually stands.
When your ad space threshold and delivery timing are both met, this is the address your printed flyers will ship to. Keep it current, especially if it changes between seasons.
This sends the update to HOMERUNYEP by email, same as the other settings on this page โ there's no live save yet.
Know a local business that might want to advertise? Refer them, and once they place a paid order, your program earns a credit worth 50 doors ($50) โ added to your payout the same way delivery pay is. This goes to your program, not an individual family or child; your leadership decides internally how to recognize whoever made the connection. See the full referral policy โ
Generates a ready-to-send message for whoever you're reaching out to โ the primary contact, or one of their backups if you haven't heard back โ using this campaign's real current status. This doesn't send anything automatically โ no backend does that yet โ it just writes the message for you.
This should happen when the physical batch arrives, reviewed by an adult โ not something a kid is asked to catch mid-route. You can send this to the primary contact or one of their backups below, same as any other message here.
This sets how many flyers merchants can actually buy space on. Ground it in something real โ what your program has actually sold before โ not a guess.
Based on the site-wide assumption of roughly 1 sale per 5 doors knocked, so this is a real, checkable number โ not a fresh guess.
Merchants can't buy ad space on a campaign until its run size is confirmed. Since there's no live sync yet between this dashboard and the merchant-facing site, confirming here sends the number to HOMERUNYEP to set it live โ same as the payout settings above.
Actual results may vary. This calculator is a planning tool, not a guarantee โ real sales depend on your program, your season, and factors no formula can fully predict. HOMERUNYEP provides this information to help you refine your fundraising efforts, not to promise a specific outcome.
How you want to receive payment applies across your whole program. The date below is different โ it's specific to whichever fundraiser is coming up next, not a single program-wide date. If your program runs more than one fundraiser a year (many Scout troops do a Fall and a Spring campaign, for example), you'll update this each time a new one gets underway.
Once this date passes, payment for that fundraiser is processed and finalized. Flyers scanned after it still count as delivered, but won't be included in that payout. Make sure this matches the date your kids enter in the delivery app โ the two aren't automatically synced yet (see the note at the bottom of this page).
This sends your settings to HOMERUNYEP by email (no bank numbers included, ever). A real system would store this securely and let you update it any time โ see the infrastructure note below.
Whenever a sale is marked in the delivery app, it makes a special note for that address. Next fundraiser, they'll show up on your "be sure to visit" list. If they participate in that one too, they're a Super Fan ๐. If not, they're still a Fan ๐. And those on Team No Solicitor โ be sure to mark them as do-not-visit too. It honors their request, and it maximizes your route time instead of wasting it at a door that was never going to answer.
Each kid's phone can export both of these lists from the delivery app. Upload the files here from every member of your group, and they get compiled and shared โ so your whole team knows who's already been visited, and who not to visit at all. This never touches merchants or HOMERUNYEP's own systems โ it's just your program's own list, for your own use.
Accepts multiple files at once โ upload each kid's route CSV as they finish, or all of them together at season's end.
If a kid flagged "they don't seem to live here anymore" during a route, upload that file here โ it removes that address from the merged list above instead of adding to it.
Accepts multiple files at once, same as the fan list above. This is the closest thing to a shared list without a live backend โ it updates each time someone re-imports the merged file, not in real time during the same day.
Good practice: let buyers know at time of sale that your program may reach out again next season โ most people are glad to hear from you again, and it keeps this list on solid footing. This stays with your program only; HOMERUNYEP doesn't use it for anything, and it's never shared with merchants or other programs.
Each kid's phone can export their full route log โ every door visited, not just sales. Upload those files here to see a real team total against where you should be by now, so you know whether to nudge the team to pick up the pace, or just keep going.
Upload each kid's route CSV โ the same file the delivery app downloads at the end of a route. Add more any time; re-uploading the same file just updates that kid's count.
Enter your email and we'll draft a status update with today's numbers for you to send. This is an on-demand snapshot, not a live subscription โ see the note below for what that would take.
